Run projects, margins, and crew from one clear workspace
The latest staging version turns the Pro dashboard into an operational command center, adds weekly crew planning, makes every construction easier to read, and shortens the path from a property to its projects.
What is new
- A contractor command center. See active projects, contract value, projected profit, outstanding invoices, and crew utilization at a glance.
- A live project map and attention queue. Scan the pipeline by location and spot overdue invoices, overdue milestones, or costs above plan.
- Weekly crew allocation. Plan each team member across projects by day at 25, 50, 75, or 100 percent capacity.
- A new construction overview. Contract value, costs, margin, invoicing, milestones, crew, and site context now open together.
- Better property project cards. Residents can see the complete project state and open a project directly from its property.
Know what needs attention before opening every project
The Pro home page now brings business and project signals together. KPI cards summarize active work and finances, the pipeline keeps current projects close, and an attention list highlights the jobs that need a decision. An upcoming crew plan shows who is scheduled next and where.
The map separates potential, active, and completed work. Before a project is awarded, its location remains approximate; exact site details are reserved for awarded work.
Plan the week without a separate scheduling tool
The Team workspace now combines the organization roster with a weekly Plan view. Move between weeks, choose a person and day, assign an accessible project, and set the planned allocation. The layout adapts from a full weekly grid to day-by-day mobile cards.
Start every construction with the numbers that matter
Construction pages now open on an Overview tab. It brings contract value, tracked cost, projected profit, current margin, invoiced and paid totals, milestone progress, crew, and site information into one view. If no accepted offer or statement establishes the contract value, Baubiber says so instead of presenting incomplete profitability as fact.
Faster navigation for residents
A property's Projects section now uses the same rich cards as the resident home feed. Status and next action are visible immediately, and tapping the card opens the project directly. Draft projects keep their archive action in the same place.
Accessibility and reliability
This staging update also improves keyboard focus, skip navigation, labels, motion preferences, and responsive behavior across the public site, dashboards, and web app. Recent mobile changes stabilize role-based tabs, the review flow, and native build setup.
